Kerbey is certainly the most well-behaved puppy I've ever had the chance of getting to train or be involved with. He is extremely smart, loving, loyal, and versatile. Kerbey is ready to run and play when we want him to, and ready to relax and enjoy peaceful time with us when we want that. He has been a breeze and I'm happy to report, he has not chewed up or destroyed one thing since we stopped keeping him exclusively in his crate when not being supervised! Well, besides his squeaky toys, which he loves. Kerbey loves running into the creek to fetch the ball and bring it back. There are countless other dogs in the neighborhood that he has made friends with. Kerbey is always super excited to see other dogs, and he makes friends very easily. His best friend at home is our 6-year old fatty cat, Topher. Topher and Kerbey are really funny together. Topher will run around and Kerbey loves chasing him, and the two love to just lay around and play with each other. I think he has turned out to be quite a handsome young dog. Me and Nick love him so much. Thank you so much! ~ Betty

AnnaBelle is our little "chilli pepper". She is sweet, loving, ipmish, and beautiful little girl. She must always have the last word in any discussion going on in our home. All of our freinds want her, I mean they really want her to be their pup. I am afraid that one day I will come home and she will be gone, I will then have to search all my friends' homes to find my dog. What a "love" !! ~ Glenda

Meet Our Veterinarian!

Dr. Ulmanis has been a practicing veterinarian in both Michigan and Missouri since his graduation from Michigan State University in 1976. After working at several clinics in Michigan during his early years, he founded Ulmanis Veterinary Clinic in Metamora, Michigan where he worked on both large and small animals, but specialized in equine work. In 1993, he moved to the West Plains area and purchased the Animal Clinic of West Plains, Inc., which he remodeled into a full service equine and small animal facility.He is an active member of his church and in his spare time enjoys gardening and swimming. He has two teenage sons, an American Quarter horse and a black Labrador retriever named Zach.
